Former barn adjoining a farmhouse built in 1633, this small piece of stone and earth building offered a great opportunity to create an ideal vacation spot.
Located in the heart of the small hamlet of Brenantec, in the town of Plouharnel, our cottage offers you the opportunity to spend a peaceful stay in the countryside, a few hundred meters from the most beautiful beaches in Brittany.
Renovated between 2019 and 2021, this 90m² gîte consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room of approximately 54m², opening onto the main terrace of over 50m².
South-west facing, it offers a view to the 400m² garden (freshly sown!), A BBQ and an outdoor dining area. You will be ideally placed to observe the nuances of a sunset.
Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a relaxation area.

On the ground floor
- Entrance with cloakroom area, wc, equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer section)
- Breakfast area (4/5 people), baby chair and booster seat on request

Upstairs
- Carmody bedroom: 1 large bed (160x200), dressing room (possibility of adding a cot on request)
- Avonlea bedroom: 2 beds (90x200), possibility of adding a 3rd bed (90x200) on request, dressing room
- Shower room: shower, hydromassage jets, washing machine, hair dryer
- Relaxation area
Available: garden chairs and table, barbecue, 2 deckchairs, family games, regional brochures, wifi, books and DVDs. Sheets and towels optional.
Available for hire on site: adult and child paddles, adult and child size bikes. (upon availability)
